If older than 18, you must complete a background check, please email us for more information about how to access this service.
In order to volunteer, we need you to sign a photo and liability release form and email it to elpuentedayton310@gmail.com. If you are a minor (less than 18), your parent or guardian must sign the appropriate form. All adults must provide a recent background check.
We are offering several options for background checks at a discount. El Puente only requires the Basic Option for $20.50, however if you need a more thorough background check for a different organization or school you could just order it using the links below. Just select the one that works best for you:
